How it works

    The future of complex sales

Sailsrep shortens the path from a customer's requirement to a quote you can build. By using the workflows enabled by the rapid improvement of technology in agentic systems, we ensure that the modeling, configuring and quoting contributes to your sales efficiency and quota.

Model your products using proven methods

Selling a complex product is deeply rooted in the internal knowledge of the organization, specifically the product experts. Quoting often ends up relying on the synchronization between the product and sales organizations, which for many medium to small cap businesses end up being multiple disorganized Excel sheets, or a legacy product information management system without hard constraints on what is actually buildable.

This is why traditional CPQ systems (configure, price, quote) often take several years and support from expert modeling consultancy firms to finish a project.

We have taken 25+ years of expertise from this process and trained our system to support you to build in-house, for a fraction of the cost.

    Agentic modeling

The combination of a powerful state-of-the-art LLM agentic system, and hard constraint rules allows Sailsrep to not only be an extension of your product expert, but to ensure that anything you quote is buildable. It proposes the smallest change that configures your model, shows every step it took to get there, and puts nothing into your catalog until you accept it. Grounded in facts all the way through, which in turn reduces the need for upkeep. Our years of experience with CPQ modeling has proven to us one core concept: most complex models can be defined using a third of the rules traditionally set up, because what sells is not the narrowest details for manufacturing, but the 90% that comes before it.

    • Propose, then approve

Every edit arrives as a set of changes you read and accept or reject.

    • It keeps working when you leave

Close the tab, come back to the result, and colleagues in the same workspace can follow along.

    • Grounded in your own material

The system uses RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) to propose changes.

Describe the job. The assistant builds the quote

The contribution to your sales efficiency comes from distributing the product knowledge that used to be limited to a few individuals throughout the full sales process instead. Giving your sales crew direct access to the product logic through an assistant that understands the case, supported by tailor-made skills that reason the way your most trusted experts do.

The constraint solver stands for the validity of the information relayed through the assistant, which in turn builds the quote in a fraction of the time it used to take to compose one by hand. This leaves your sales crew with more time to focus on the relationship with the customer, driving deals forward instead of getting bogged down in details with one deal that might not even go anywhere.

The interface is a fully customizable canvas that can be tailored to the application you need to support your sales process, or use one of our templates to get you started.

    Your quote, traceable

The assistant composes a valid proposal that can be sent to your customer directly, or kept internal for bookkeeping. The key is that a live page can be analyzed for movements of not only your direct contact, but anyone they in turn send the page to. This gives you a whole new path of viewing the movements of your customer before the deal closes.

    • Signed on the page

The buyer accepts and signs on the proposal itself.

    • Back into the conversation

A proposal can carry a button that drops the buyer back into their own conversation with every selection restored.

    • The transcript, kept

Every quote keeps the conversation that produced it.

    • What your pipeline is doing

A standing read on your range, taken from real demand.

    Who it is for

Products that do not look the same for every customer

If your product is configured rather than picked from a list, this is for you. Any degree of customization is worth structuring properly, so that every deal becomes deterministic and trackable, and your organization runs on data.

HMF Cranes. Loader cranes quoted across a dealer network, on top of the CPQ, CRM and PIM the company already ran.

    • A SWIFT home lift standing in a showroom

SWIFT Lifts. Home lifts configured by the buyer rather than by a rep, in some 25 markets.

    • The drive unit of a SWIFT home lift

The parts under them. A drive unit is exactly the kind of choice that decides which other choices are still open.

    Integrations

Plugs into the tools your sales team already uses

Quotes and companies sync both ways with your CRM, the catalog reads from your PIM, an existing configurator can keep owning the rules it already owns, and anything else reaches us over a documented API and signed webhooks.

    See Sailsrep live

The most efficient way to understand Sailsrep is to let us show it to you. We guide you through the four steps above to allow you to make a fair judgement.

Reading rather than talking? The Learn pages have the longer form on CPQ, and Compare puts Sailsrep beside the platforms you are probably also looking at.
